How does the AI compositing work?
SceneSwap AI uses a photorealistic compositing pipeline that analyzes your uploaded photo, extracts your likeness, and seamlessly integrates it into the selected cinematic scene template using AI-powered depth estimation, lighting matching, and edge blending.
How long does a generation take?
Standard generations typically complete in 2–5 minutes. Premium users with priority processing usually see results in under 90 seconds. Lip-sync generations (Pro/Premium) may take 5–10 minutes due to the additional voice cloning and video synthesis steps.
What photo should I upload for best results?
Use a clear, well-lit front-facing photo with your face taking up at least 40% of the frame. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows, or extreme angles. JPEG or PNG files under 10MB work best.
My generation failed — what do I do?
On the generation status screen, tap or click 'Retry Generation'. If the issue persists, check that your photo meets the guidelines above. You can also contact support and we'll investigate and credit your account if the failure was on our end.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard → Subscription → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, change plans, or update payment details. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes — you own the generated videos from your account and may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to our Terms of Service. You must disclose that content is AI-generated when sharing publicly.
Is my photo data kept private?
Yes. Your uploaded photos and voice samples are stored securely in encrypted S3 storage and are never shared with third parties except as required to process your generation (ElevenLabs for voice, HeyGen for lip-sync). See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I report abusive or harmful content?
If you encounter content that violates our Terms of Service, email us at [email protected] with a description and any relevant details. We take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours.
